Exploration Licences

We no longer have any plans to explore or develop any natural gas reserves and therefore are looking to relinquish our petroleum exploration licenses. During 2021 we already relinquished PEDL 259 and in March 2022 passed operatorship of PEDL343 to Egdon Resources UK Limited and gave up our 20% share in that license. We remain owners of seven petroleum exploration licenses as set out below and are working with the North Sea Transition Authority (NSTA) (formal Oil & Gas Authority), to relinquish these licenses but retain ownership of the associated wells so that we can repurpose them for green energy purposes.”
